Allen Bradley ControlLogix

March 7th – 9th | 7:30am – 4:00pm | $1,800

This is an introductory course on the ControlLogix
system hardware, instruction set, and associated
software. The focus of this class will be on the
operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of
communication drivers and RSLogix5000
programming.

Industrial Pneumatics

March 8th – 10th | 7:30am – 4:00pm | $1,800

In this course, students will learn the basics of how
fluid power systems transfer energy without any
mechanical belts, chains, or levers. This course will
then emphasize how these concepts relate to
pneumatic systems. Learners will gain the
knowledge needed to design, install, and
troubleshoot basic pneumatic systems as they
relate to an industrial process.

Supervisory Series - Leadership

This workshop focuses on the techniques needed
to be a successful leader, influencer, and motivator.
Completers of this workshop will learn how to
confidently and genuinely lead others in a

decision-making and overcoming challenging

Variable Frequency Drives

March 15th – 16th | 7:30am – 4:00pm | $1,400

The purpose of this course is to train an individual
on the operation and basic troubleshooting of a
variable frequency drive system. Trainees will learn
how to wire, program, and troubleshoot Rockwell
Automation hardware, as well as basic induction
motor operation and troubleshooting.

Basic Electricity

This is an introductory electrical course. DC and AC
principles will be discussed from a practical
approach related to the industrial environment.

Supervisory Series - Communication

of communication and how to make the most out

Allen Bradley ControlLogix Advanced

March 28th – 30th | 7:30am – 4:00pm | $1,800

This is an intermediate level course on the
ControlLogix system. The focus of this class will be
on tags, arrays, data types, I/O forcing, searching a
project, and analog I/O setup. This is an excellent
course for maintenance and engineering
personnel.

users get up to speed with Excel quickly. We will

Fanuc Robot Handling Tool Operations and Programming

April 4th – 7th | 7:30am – 4:00pm | $2,600

This Fanuc certified course covers the tasks that
an operator, technician, engineer, or programmer
needs to setup, record, and/or troubleshoot
programs on a FANUC Robot using HandlingTool
Software. Completers of this course will receive an
official level one certificate of completion for the
Fanuc HandlingTool Operations and Programing
course.

Electrical Troubleshooting

This course is focused towards plant personnel
that are responsible for maintaining and
troubleshooting electrical equipment. Basic
electrical terms and symbols will be discussed
along with an emphasis on wiring and
troubleshooting. Students will learn common
techniques used to troubleshoot faulted
equipment and control circuits.

Microsoft Office 365 Excel (intermediate)

April 14th | 8:00am – 4:00pm | $179

This version of Excel incorporates some new
features and connectivity options in an effort to
make collaboration and production as easy as
possible. This course is intended to help all users
become familiar with this more advanced selection
of features. We will cover how to created and use
advanced formulas, how to analyze data, organize

Supervisory Series - Creative Problem Solving

The Creative Problem Solving workshop will give
participants an overview of the entire creative
problem solving process, as well as key problem
solving tools that they can use every day. skills

Allen Bradley Advanced Logix5000 Programmer

April 25th – 27th | 7:30am – 4:00pm | $1,800

This is our capstone PLC course. Students who
complete this course will have an advanced
understanding of ControlLogix system hardware
and the Logix5000 Software.

Allen Bradley Ethernet/IP Configuration and Troubleshooting

May 2nd – 4th | 7:30am – 4:00pm | $1,800

This is a beginner course on the operation of the
DeviceNet networks. Coursework will cover basic
network components and the use of RSNetWorx.
Allen Bradley products will be utilized including
the 1756-DNB scanner for ControlLogix. Other
subjects covered include; components scan lists,
component mapping of drives, node
commissioning, and much more.

Industrial Electricity (Advanced)

May 2nd – 4th | 7:30am – 4:00pm | $1,800

This course is an advanced study of industrial
electricity. Students will learn about control
devices and develop a contemporary
understanding of key symbols, and abbreviations.
This knowledge will then be applied to workable
electrical circuits that mimic those that they would
come across in the industry.

Advanced Manufacturing Systems

May 9th – 11th | 7:30am – 4:00pm | $2,000

This is a capstone course for anyone working in
Industrial Maintenance and/or Engineering. This
course takes an advanced look at mechatronic
systems troubleshooting. Upon completion of this
course students will be able to design, install, and
troubleshoot industrial related systems, specifically
integrated electrical, pneumatic, and automation
systems.

Introduction to Hydraulics

May 9th – 11th | 7:30am – 4:00pm | $1,800

Similar to our pneumatics course, students will
learn the basics of how fluid power systems
transfer energy without any mechanical belts,
chains, or levers. An emphasis will be put on
industrial hydraulic systems in these hands on labs.
Students will learn the ins and outs of a hydraulic
system from the troubleshooting and installation
of individual components to the the design of
whole systems.

speed quickly on the advanced features of Excel.
