Fanuc Robot Handling Tool Operations and Programming Certification

This Fanuc certified course covers the tasks that an operator, technician, engineer, or programmer needs to setup, record, and/or troubleshoot programs on a FANUC Robot using HandlingTool Software. Completers of this course will receive an official level one certificate of completion for the Fanuc HandlingTool Operations and Programing course.

Industrial Pneumatics
August 29th – 31st | 7:30am – 4:00pm | $1,800
In this course, students will learn the basics of how fluid power systems transfer energy without any mechanical belts, chains, or levers. This course will then emphasize how these concepts relate to pneumatic systems. Learners will gain the knowledge needed to design, install, and troubleshoot basic pneumatic systems as they relate to an industrial process.
Industrial Electricity Basics
Sept. 12th – 14th | 7:30am – 4:00pm | $1,800
This is an introductory electrical course. DC and AC principles will be discussed from a practical approach related to the industrial environment. Learners will acquire a comprehensive understanding of basic electrical terminology and components.

Allen Bradley ControlLogix (Beginner)
Sept. 19th – 21st | 7:30am – 4:00pm | $1,800
An introduction of operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of a ControlLogix control system. Designed for Engineering and Maintenance personnel, this 24 hour course is designed to make participants more effective troubleshooters on automated production equipment. Installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of PLC hardware will be covered.

Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance Basics
October 4th – 5th | 7:30am – 4:00pm | $1,400
This is a basic course in dimensioning. Principles of ANSI Y14.5M standards will be covered. Students will learn how to read and interpret drawings utilizing common practices in the industry.

Employee Series - Business Etiquette

This workshop will introduce participants to business etiquette and will provide guidelines for the practice of business etiquette across different workplaces and environments. Participants will will be introduced to topics such as email, phone, and written letter etiquette, dressing for success, and networking affectively.

OSHA 10 Hour

Participants who complete this course will receive an OSHA 10 hour certification. Topics covered include: slip, trip, and fall hazard protection, fire prevention, electrical hazards, using and choosing PPE, causes and prevention of MSD and RMD injuries, MSDS, and the dangers of unguarded equipment.

Industrial Electricity Advanced

This course is an advanced study of industrial electricity. Students will learn about control devices and develop a contemporary understanding of key symbols, and abbreviations. Allen Bradley ControlLogix Advanced (Intermediate)
October 17th – 19th | 7:30am – 4:00pm | $1,800
This is an Advanced level course on the ControlLogix system. The focus of this class will be on tags, arrays, data types, I/O forcing, searching a project, and analog I/O setup. The students will learn how to set up an ethernet (ENB) module for communications. An excellent course for Maintenance & Engineering personnel.

Industrial Network Communications - Ethernet + DeviceNet (Advanced)
October 31st – November 2nd | 7:30am – 4:00pm | $1,800
This course is the third level PLC class using the Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, PowerFlex AC Drive (VFDs) hardware, plus additional remote components. The student MUST have knowledge of the material covered in the Basic and Advanced ControlLogix courses. The focus of the Industrial Network Communications class is connecting remote devices to a ControlLogix PLC Network.

Electrical Troubleshooting

This course is focused towards plant personnel that are responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical equipment. Basic electrical terms and symbols will be discussed along with an emphasis on wiring and troubleshooting. Industrial Network Communications - DeviceNet (16 hour)

An overview of operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a DeviceNet I/O network in a ControlLogix 5000 system. This 16 hour course is intended for Engineering and Maintenance personnel and is designed to make participants more effective troubleshooters on DeviceNet networked I/O. The trainees will learn installation/replacement and how to troubleshoot the DeviceNet hardware. A focus will also be on how to diagnose the Scanner Module and I/O failures, as well as how to go Online and commission I/O.

Advanced Manufacturing Systems

This is a capstone course for anyone working in Industrial Maintenance and/or Engineering. This course takes an advanced look at mechatronic systems troubleshooting. Upon completion of this course students will be able to design, install, and troubleshoot industrial related systems, specifically integrated electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems. Introduction to Hydraulics

Similar to our pneumatics course, students will learn the basics of how fluid power systems transfer energy without any mechanical belts, chains, or levers. An emphasis will be put on industrial hydraulic systems in these hands on labs. Students will learn the ins and outs of a hydraulic system from the troubleshooting and installation of individual components to the the design of whole systems.
